Shipping policy

Trendsi is currently shipping to:

  • Customers within the United States and U.S. territories
  • Including P.O. Boxes.
  • All US Military bases, APO/FPO
  • Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands.
  • Trendsi does not currently ship to customers outside the United States at this time.

Shipping speed is one of our top priorities and therefore, we will only officially expand shipping to other regions besides the United States when we can guarantee the shipping time. 

Trendsi charges shipping by the total order weight. The average weight will be synced over to Shopify when you import our products so that you can set your customer-facing shipping rates to be tiered by weight as well.

Trendsi is a crossborder company with warehouses in both the U.S. and overseas.

On the individual product detail page, you will see the estimated shipping time for each product.

You can also use the "Ships From" filter in each product category page to select specific warehouses.

  • USA products: 2 - 5 business days*
  • Overseas products: 5 - 8 business days*
  • Overseas products: 5 - 10 business days*

Trendsi does not currently ship to residents outside the US, more info here.

Please note- Orders that contain 15 or more overseas products (all have to be the same shipping timeframe) will be shipped directly to you or your customer, which can cut down shipping time by 2 - 3 business days.

How can you track your orders?

Trendsi personalized store- you will receive an email with tracking number once the order is shipped.  You can log into your account with the phone number you registered with during check out. To log in, go to your Trendsi store and tap on the person icon in the upper right corner.

Shopify owners- email with tracking number will be triggered automatically when Trendsi ships the order.

A. All Items are packed and shipped from our warehouse in LOS ANGELES, CA

We will blind ship your order without any of our company information on the shipping label.

The shipping label will read

B. All orders are processed, shipped & delivered within 5-7 business days from the day you place the order. Once you the order is shipped you will get a confirmation email with tracking info. All orders are shipped with USPS PRIORITY or FIRST CLASS!

We ship anywhere in USA including all US territories.

C. The packages being shipped our are blind shipped, they do not have any of our company info on the package.
We do not include any invoice or packing slip in the package as well.

D. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as the order is shipped.

E. If you have marketing material like stickers/flyers/postcards you can ship those to us and we can include it along with your orders.

F. Currently we can dropship within USA only.
