Leisurely Chic Fashion / Trendsi Return Policy / CCWholesaleclothing

Because we do Drop shipping, with Trendsi and CCWholesaleclothing, both stores will accept returns of unworn clothing items and shoesbwith original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. 

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (return window based on the exact time of delivery) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

  • If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
  • Please allow Trendsi and CCWholesaleclothing (5 - 7 business days) from the day we receive the returned package to process.
  • Trendsi and CCWholesaleclothing will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

Processing time is 5 - 7 business days after we receive the return

To help expedite the processing of returns, please include the following:

  • The original invoice or at minimum a note with order number and reason for return
  • Fill out Trendsi Returns Form
  • Items must be unworn, original tags, and packaging with SKU label visible
  • Once a return is processed, Trendsi will reach out via email to confirm.

Return Status for CCWholesaleclothing

  • We offer FREE RETURNS to all our dropship partners.
  • To get an authorization number you can fill out the return form located within our APP.
  • All returns are accepted as long as the request is made to return the item within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.
  • Once approved we will generate the FREE UPS prepaid label, we will email you with the label attached. You can than forward the label to your customer.
  • Your customer can print the label, attach it to any box/package and return the items.
  • Your customer will have 30 days to send the item back for full refund once they receive the free return label from you.
  • The package will be returned directly to our warehouse.
  • Once we receive the items back we will process the return and refund the balance back to your account.
  • Please note free return labels are available for items being shipped within 48 continental states only.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-refundable items
Certain types of items are refundable all swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.

Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges of any kind.


Return to Sender or Undeliverable Packages

Per USPS/UPS/FedEx, returned packages due to incorrect addresses or undeliverable locations can take up to 30 days or more to be sent back to the sender.

To avoid long wait times and potential manual errors, any package that is returned to Trendsi or has tracking status "return to sender" or "undeliverable" will automatically be refunded.

Once refunded, we can place a manual order again for you, our customer.

 

Dreamcatcher Fashion / Trendsi Order Cancellation Policy

An order cannot be canceled if it's already in processing status or shipped.

An order can usually be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, but it is not guaranteed. If an order can be canceled, you will see a "Cancel Order" button available.

If you do not see the "Cancel Order" button, your order is already being processed. Please note the warehouse works as quickly as possible to get you your items, so the grace period is brief.

Customers can initiate a return for any unwanted items once they receive their package within 7 business days.
